Ingredients: 

Sparkling water

Lemon Juice

Strawberries

About a handful!

1/4 cup (or to taste)

Puree strawberries and add lemons, water, sugar and mix. “Slap” mint leaves to extract flavor without destroying the leaf.

Mix gently into mixture. Serve with ice and chopped strawberries.

Puree fruit and add wine. Mix and serve with ice.

Ingredients:

Salmon Filet

Quinoa

1 cup

Red Bell Pepper

1/4 chopped into spears

Green Bell Pepper

1/4 chopped into spears

Yellow Bell Pepper

1/4 chopped into spears

Cilantro

to taste

Salt

to taste

Pepper

to taste

Cook quinoa, peppers, and fish, adding mild salt and pepper. Chop salmon into strips.

Cut lemon in half and squeeze half the juice onto salmon, half into quinoa.

Shred or chop up cilantro and add to quinoa, mixing well.

Assemble quinoa into bowl; add peppers then fish. Garnish with sprig of cilantro.

Ingredients:

Zepole Sourdough

2 slices

Medley Tomatoes

1 cup, sliced in half

Lettuce Leaves

2 large leaves

Rosemary Mayo

 1 tablespoon (Mix mayo with fresh or dried rosemary)

Put all together on sandwich.

Ingredients:

Fresh Tuna Filet

1/2 pound

Russet Potatoes

Olive Oil

Yellow Onion

Cayenne Pepper

Paprika

Green Bell Pepper

Chop bell pepper, onion, potato and tuna into bite sized pieces. Simmer bell pepper and onion with oil in your pot.

Set ancho chili in small pot of water on medium to begin drawing the flavor out.

Add water to pepper and onions when they begin to get soft. Add potatoes and turn up heat so the water begins to boil. Add cayenne and paprika. Let boil for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, then add tuna and ancho chili water. Let fish cook in the water for 5-7 minutes. Serve warm.

Ingredients:

Day-Old Zepole Sourdough

3 Slices

Eggs

Vanilla

1 teaspoon

Cinnamon

1 teaspoon

Mixed Berries

1 and 1/2 cups

Maple syrup

to taste

Powdered sugar

to taste

Preheat oven to 400

In a saucepan, put berries on medium-low heat. Add water and let the berries deconstruct.

Whisk eggs, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl. Dip and soak the toast. Place it on a lightly greased cookie rack and place it oven. Let cook for 7-10 minutes or until the toast begins to golden.

Remove toast and place on a plate. Add berries to top as well as powered sugar and syrup to toast. Serve with your favorite morning coffee.

Ingredients:

Extra Firm Tofu

1 brick

Red Bell Pepper

1/4

Green Bell Pepper

1/4

Yellow Bell Pepper

1/4

Chopped Onion

Whole Mushrooms

1/2 cup

Soy sauce

to taste

Dried basil

to taste

Chop tofu into cubes. Assemble with chopped veggies on a kebab stick.

Season with soy sauce and basil. Grill on medium until veggies and tofu on brown on edges.

Ingredients:

Beef Patties

Mushrooms

Onion

Bacon

3 strips

Cheddar Cheese

1 slice

Lettuce

Cooked Fries

Ketchup

Cook any fries and bacon first.

Sautee mushrooms and onions in a pan. Grill up your 2 patties to your likeness.

Assemble: Bun, patty, cheese, lettuce, fries, ketchup, patty, bacon, mushrooms + onion, bun.

Ingredients:

Peach

1 whole 

Avocado

Green Bell Pepper

1/2

White Onion

1/4

Medley Tomatoes

2/3 cup

Jalapeno

1 whole

Juice of 1 lime

Salt

to taste

Cilantro

to taste

Chop up all produce finely. Add limejuice, cilantro, and salt and mix well. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
